Law Practice Consultants, LLC is the only law firm consulting group in which all of the principals were Managing Partners or Chairman of a law firm. Our principals combine many years of practical, hands-on experience and knowledge with a thorough understanding of how lawyers think and how law firms work. We’ve been in the shoes of the lawyers at the firms we serve – as Managing Partners or Chairman, as practicing lawyers, practice group leaders, and as chairs or members of every type and form of firm committee, including executive and management committees, compensation, strategy and planning, marketing, associates, paralegals, hiring and recruiting, and partnership admission. We have had responsibility for growing our own individual law practices, managing significant client relationships, trying cases, and negotiating, structuring and closing corporate transactions. We have grown firm profitability, opened branch offices and negotiated and facilitated firm mergers, recruited lateral partners and groups, restructured partner compensation, and managed difficult lawyers, situations and performance issues.
