We work with all levels of management to assess firm, partner and management performance. We develop specific goals and action plans to bring about appropriate changes to the firm's culture, governance structure and business practices. We use a number of assessment tools, including Web-based surveys, and have extensive experience interviewing lawyers to obtain the information necessary to implement change. While conducting individual, in person, confidential interviews, we have enjoyed excellent success in having partners candidly discuss what is really on their minds. Such trust and candor is essential to affecting change in a law firm.
