Paul brings both a legal and marketing background to his work. He practiced law for over 30 years. Prior to joining LPC, he was a partner at Gadsby Hannah LLP where he served for twelve years as managing partner. He also was a partner at a Boston-based national law firm and a member of the firm’s executive committee.
Before practicing law, Paul worked as the marketing director for an audio/video production company and as a producer of corporate image films in New York City.
Paul provides a range of consulting services to law firms: governance and management issues; strategy and planning; review and restructuring of partner compensation; and evaluation and improvement of client relationships, including client interviews.
Paul is often quoted on law firm trends and management issues in a wide range of publications including The American Lawyer, Mass High Tech, National Law Journal, Boston Business Journal and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. In addition, he speaks frequently on law firm management and business development issues.
