Victoria J. Arnold

Victoria has over 25 years of marketing and business development experience with professional services firms, most in the legal industry.  She likes a challenge and has earned a reputation for quickly determining what is needed and how best to engage and influence key stakeholders to make it happen. Victoria is known for being a careful listener, adept at building a shared vision and gaining buy-in across teams, practices groups, geographies, and cultures.  While her approach is strategic, she also knows what it takes to get things done.

Victoria’s consulting practice includes:

  • Creating business development cultures

Recently she served as the interim CMO for a 400-lawyer firm. Leadership wanted an experienced outsider to assess the firm’s business development and marketing capabilities and keep the marketing department running before recruiting the next CMO.

Prior to joining Law Practice Consultants, Victoria was the Director of Marketing and then CMO at Ropes & Gray. She also held the senior marketing position at Sullivan & Worcester, where she introduced business development training, client interviews and cross-selling initiatives. At the international consulting firm, Arthur D. Little, she served a as Vice President of Corporate and International Marketing, where she played a key role in bridging practices, lines of business, and geographies to grow global client relationships.
