Helping clients navigate a path to success is what Victoria does best. She is fearless when it comes to tackling the challenges that often get in the way of goal achievement at all levels—the entire organization, a team, or an individual.
Assessing the current situation, developing strategies, and outlining paths for moving forward are at the heart of her approach.
Victoria understands firsthand the pressures of working within law firms and finding the time to get the day-to-day work done while growing revenue. She has spent over two decades working with law firm leaders, both as a CMO and a consultant to large and small firms.
Prior to joining the legal industry, she served as an executive at an international consulting firm. Her role as Vice President of Corporate and International Marketing played a crucial part in bridging practices, lines of business, and geographies to grow global client relationships.
Her proudest moments are when her clients achieve the goals they set out by implementing new frameworks for success and generating increased revenue.
An advanced degree in clinical social work and a decade of private practice have given Victoria a unique perspective, earning her a reputation for her “outstanding ability to grasp, acknowledge, and use the talents and abilities of others” to drive impactful change.
Victoria is a published author and public speaker. She has a master’s degree from Smith College and a bachelor’s degree from Wells College, graduating with honors (cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa)
Victoria loves walking and is a dedicated beachcomber. She is a music fan, both as a player (piano, guitar) and a vocalist (choral groups). She will travel far and wide to find the perfect dark chocolate (having once traveled three hours on back roads in the Dominican Republic to visit a cacao plantation.) If she could do anything, it would be a singer-songwriter.
