Peter Johnson was recently quoted in the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Article, “Few Boston law firm deals in 2015″ (subscription may be required).
In the December 23, 2015 article, Johnson says “while he doesn’t expect any local mega-mergers in the near future, he won’t be surprised to see large and mid-sized firms absorb small or other mid-sized firms in key markets or with key practices.”
Johnson continues: “… law firms without a clear strategy are at the highest risk. ‘In essence, they haven’t evolved to the hyper competitive market that we find ourselves in today.'”
